3/4 c flour
3/4c sugar
1/4 t salt
1 stick butter (1/2 c)
2 eggs
1T lemon juice


Glaze
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 T lemon juice
zest from one lemon (sprinkled on top after baking)




Directions:

Mix all ingredients for batter.
Pour into lightly greased
8x8 pan
Bake @350º for 30 minutes

Mix glaze and brush on after baking while still warm
Sprinkle with lemon zest
