1 1/2 cups seawater (If ocean water is not available, use sea salt. Add 2 1/4 tsps. to 1 1/2 cups water)
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 T. dried yeast
4 - 4 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir sugar and yeast into sea water.
2. Stir in about 2 cups flour. Grease hands and work in remaining 2 cups flour by hand. Dough will be sticky, add enough flour so that it becomes manageable, usually about 1/2 cup more. Form into ball and rub the outside with soft butter.
3. Turn dough into a well-greased 2-quart loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in sun or warm place to rise, about 2 hours or double in size. Remove plastic wrap.
4. Bake at 375º F for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Remove from pan while warm.
