Directions:
Mix together flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter with pastry cutter or a knife. Add 1 cup milk. Mix together. You may need to add a bit more flour until the dough is a soft ball and doesn't stick to your hands.

Roll out into a 12 x 9 rectangle.

In a separate bowl combine softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans (or raisins, or walnuts). Spread this mixture over the dough.

Roll up the dough from the long end until in resembles a log. Divide the log into 12 sections by cutting into 12 equal portions.

Place the buns into a muffin tin or 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. (You may want to put a cookie sheet under the muffin tin for any spills)

Remove from oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese. Add the icing sugar and milk. Spread on cooled cinnamon buns.
