5 lbs potatoes
3 dozen eggs
1 ½ cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
1 ½ cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cut, and cook potatoes, drain. Set aside to cool. Cook 2 1/2 dozen eggs, when cool enough to touch, peel. Cut and smash eggs (I use a pastry blender), add Hellman’s and mix well. Once potatoes are cooled, add egg mixture and celery. Blend well. Slice remaining eggs and arrange on to of salad.
