Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2/3 C Cornmeal
1/3 C SF Flour
1/3 C Buttermilk
1 Large Egg
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl until mixed.
Heat griddle to 350. Drop by spoonful's and brown on each sides, as cooking a pancake.
Serve warm.

Great with any southern meal but especial white or pinto beans.
