5 ribs of chopped celery
2 large onions,c hopped
10 biscuits , cooked then cubed
10 slices of white bread, toasted and cubed
10 slices of wheat bread , toasted and cubed
Corn bread; baked and cubed after cooled
( 1.5 c cornmeal, 1/2 c flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 c oil/ mix water. bake at 350 - check after 20 mins)

7 eggs
turkey stock- I use 1 carton 32 oz from store, then add stock from cooked turkey.
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp sage
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Mix together all ingredients- should be wet
Bake at 350 degrees check after 40 mins- may need an hour if thick.
Makes 13X 9 pan and smaller pan also.
