1 lb. flank steak
1 tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. pepper
⅓ c. soy sauce
⅓ c. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Pat flank steak dry and slice thinly. In a plastic bag or bowl with lid, combine the rest of the ingredients. Place meat in bag or bowl, making sure each slice is coated with marinade. Place in refrigerate overnight.

Next day:
Drain meat on paper absorbent towels, blotting well. Place meat on oven rack and cook at 140º for 3 hours. It helps to open the oven door a crack to let moisture escape. Put a piece of foil on oven floor to catch any drippings. Keep in a jar in the refrigerator.
