One pound ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cans (10½ ounce) tomato soup
1 soup can water
1½ cups elbow macaroni
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion. Drain fat.
Add all ingredients except cheese and mix.
Stir over medium heat.
Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer.
Turn into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Keep covered. Place in 200º oven. Serve warm.
