1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 lemon juiced
2 cups raw cashews (soaked & drained)
salt, to taste
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cashews overnight, or for a few hours.

Drain cashews, then add to a food processor or blender with remaining ingredients.

Blend until creamy.
