9 tablespoons cocoa
½ cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, salt, and evaporated milk. Add butter. Put on medium heat. Bring to soft-ball stage. ( Drop a drop of sauce in a cup of cold water. If it forms a soft-ball shape, it's done). Remove from heat and serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
