Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

Sauce:
Olive oil
1 Chopped onion
4 Cloves garlic minced
1 Can of tomato paste
2 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes
1 T Dried basil or big handful of fresh
1 T Dried oregano
1 T Dried parsley or big handful of fresh

12 Meatballs:
1 lb Ground Round
1 egg
C Parmesan ( maybe a little more)
1 C Italian bread crumbs (maybe a little more)

Sauce:
Coat bottom of large sauce pot with olive oil, saute onions, add tomato paste -cook together. Add garlic, basil, parsley and oregano. Cook together on low heat 2-3 hours. Stirring often to avoid burning on the bottom of the pot.

Meatballs:
Combine all ingredients. Meatballs should not be gooey.
Divide into 12 small balls.
Fry - brown on all sides.
Add meatballs to sauce cook for a least an hour more.
