1 pound hamburger
2 carrots, grated
2 potatoes, grated
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in frying pan. Make white sauce (3 T flour and 2 cups milk) using meat drippings and stir in soup. Place meat balls in baking dish, pour the white sauce mixture over them. Bake at 325 degrees until done. Sprinkle grated cheese over them just before serving.
