stick of butter.
cup finely chopped onion
3-4 garlic cloves crushed
parsley
1 lb shrimp
white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet or large frying pan heat up butter over medium high heat until melted. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Place shrimp in the pan and cook on both side for about a minute. Add wine and lemon and cook for a minute after the liquid boils. Salt and pepper to taste.
