¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup minced onions
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb. crab meat, lump is the best, but claw is tasty too.
1 cup crushed saltines
2 T melted butter
Lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 400º

1. In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, butter and cayenne. Fold in the crab and the crackers. Make into a tennis ball size ball and place on a cookie sheet. Squish flat.

Bake in oven for 12 minutes, turn oven to broil and broil on the broiling rack for 1 minute.
