1 pound bacon, fried crisp, well drained and chopped
2 cups shredded natural Swiss cheese (about 8 oz.)
cup minced onion
teaspoon salt
teaspoon sugar
teaspoon pepper
8 eggs
4 cups whipping cream
2 9-inch one crust pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
In a mixing bowl combine first 6 ingredients
Pour mixture into pastry shells spreading evenly
In mixing bowl, beat eggs lightly, add in whipping cream; pour into pastry shells
Bake 15 minutes
Reduce temperature to 300 and bake an additional 30 minutes or longer, until a
knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean
Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Serving Instructions:

For main course, serve with salad and rolls
For breakfast entree, serve with fresh fruit and breakfast breads
