2 1/8 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 sticks butter (slightly melted)
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 ea large egg
1 ea large egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350°F. In a medium blowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda, set aside. By hand cream the butter and sugars together until mixed well. Add the egg, the yolk and vanilla. Mix batter until it has lightened in color (about two minutes). Add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips to the mix. Form dough into tbsp. sized balls and place on parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let Cool.
