1/2 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 and 1/4 cups finely chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray large loaf pan with Pam.
In small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Mix sugar and butter until smooth.
Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder and milk.
Pour half of batter into pan.
Cover with diced apples.
Sprinkle apples with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Pour remaining batter over apple layer.
Top with remaining apples, pushing apples into batter.
Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
