1 package dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water

1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons dillweed

2 and 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to warm water and let stand 10 minutes.
Combine all other ingredients in large bowl.
Add softened yeast.
Add up to 2 and 1/2 cups flour gradually.
Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
Punch dough down and turn into well greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Let rise until light, about 45 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
Brush with butter while still warm.
