1/2 cup butter
1-3 teaspoons minced garlic
fresh parsley, chopped
1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter and mix with garlic and parsley.
Brush bread slices with butter mixture generously.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly toasted.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over.
Drizzle remaining butter over.
Return to oven and broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is lightly browned.
