Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
⅔ c. Wesson oil
¾ c. apricot nectar
4 egg yolks
2 tsp. lemon extract
4 egg whites, beaten

Icing:
2 c. powdered sugar
Rind & juice of 2 lemons

Cake:
Put first 4 ngredients in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes. Add lemon extract and fold in egg whites. Bake in a tube pan at 350º for 40 minutes.

Icing:
Mix ingredients together and pour over cooled cake.
