6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Trim the crusts from 7 1/2 slices of bread and cut into cubes. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan and put 3/4 pound grated cheese over top along with 4 large slices ham, cubed or 1/2 pound bacon or sausage. Layer bread, cheese and meat three times. Beat other ingredients together. Pour over bread, cheese and meat slowly. Cover with foil and set in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
