4 chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into long 1 1/2 thick slices
Sprinkle with garlic salt and Accent (optional). Dip in cornstarch and then into beaten eggs. Fry until golden brown. Put into flat baking pan.

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
4 tablespoons catsup
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 T soy sauce
1 teaspoon Accent (optional)
dash salt
1 can crushed pineapple (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat until sugar dissolves. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn over once.
