8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
⅓ c. milk
½ lb. ground walnuts or pecans
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and butter with mixer. Add flour, mix well. Shape into a ball, cover and chill 1-2 hours. Cook sugar and milk together over medium heat until milk boils and sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Add nuts. Remove from heat, cool until spreadable. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to form an 18X12 inch rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise. Spread each half with the nut filling. Start at the long side and roll up jelly roll style. Cut rolls in half. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Cut into ½" slices without separating. Bake at 350º 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and separate slices. Cover and refrigerate
