2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually till stiff. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before removing. Best results are on a dry day.
