2 cups whole milk
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups AP flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Warm the milk. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. When the chocolate has melted, stir in half the milk. Blend the rest of the milk along with the flour, cocoa, eggs, sugar, and salt. Melt the butter and add to the batter along with the rum and chocolate mixture. Chill batter in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Heat a 7-8 inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Using abut 1/4 cup of batter for each crepe, pour the batter into the skillet and immediately tilt the skilled until the batter coats the bottom. Fill any holes or gaps with drops of batter. Cook crepe until edges are dired and the top looks set, about 1 minute. :ift the edge up with a spatula and turn the crepe over. Cook until the crepe is cooked through but pliable, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate. Continue with the remaining batter, separating the crepes with pieces of waxed paper.
