4 pears
6 apples
¾ cup cranberries
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg

Topping:
1½ cup flour
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 sticks cold, unsalted butter
½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350º.

2. Peel and core pears and apples and cut into chunks. Put in large bowl and toss with cranberries, zest, juice, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into 9X12 baking dishes.

3. Combine flour, sugars, salt, oatmeal and cold butter. Mix in until large crumbles form. Sprinkle over fruit, covering completely.

4. Place on parchment lined sheet pan and bake 50 minutes to 1 hour until top is brown and fruit is bubble.
