3 cups raw almonds
8 cups filtered water
10 dates
1/2 tsp xanthan gun
optional
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp raw cacao powder(for a chocolate version)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Soak almonds overnight in the frig in a bowl of cold water. Drain and rinse. Add almonds .filtered water.dates,xanthan gum and optional ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend till smooth.Pour in a nut bag and squeeze well till the bag has most of the liquid out. Makes 2 small jugs . Last approx. 7 days in the frig.
