I cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup besan
2tblsp suji( semolina)
Pinch of Haldi
1-2 teaspoon oil
In small Katori mix salt , cayenne , roasted ground cumin seeds
In another katori have oil




Directions:
Directions:
Mix whole wheat flour, besan , suji, Haldi , and oil
Till crumbly
Then add water to make atta

Roll out roti
Put a little oil and spread thinly
Add sprinkling of spice mixture to whole roti
Then fold up accordion style and roll out into
A thick roti

Cook on medium high heat pressing with towel
Then roast on gas flame

Dot with butter

Roti should be very crunchy
