Salt fish
Onion
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes until the soft
Boil the salt fish for about 20 mins.
Fry up diced onions and add to the potatoes and fish.
Add salt and pepper to taste

Once all mixed together, form into an ice-cream scoop sized amount and flatten slightly. Fry in oil until golden in the outside

Can be frozen
