1 Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
1 Pkg. lemon, vanilla or banana
Cream instant pudding
1 8 oz. .pkg of cream cheese
2 c milk
1 #2 can of crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. container of cool whip

Mix cake mix according to directions
Pour into a 9X12 pan .greased an
floured
Bake 25 minutes at 350º or 325º
for glass pan-cool
Beat Instant Pudding with 1 ½ milk
Beat cream cheese with ½ milk
Combine pudding & cream cheese
Drain pineapple
Pour pudding, cream cheese mix
over cooled cake, put pineapple on
top, cover with cool whip, refrigerate

(Note-½ of reg. cake mix may be used)
