3 1/2 cups SWEET QUICK BREAD MIX
2 eggs beaten
3 T orange juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups zucchini, unpeeled and grated
1 tsp orange peel, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring to blend. Pour into greased 9 x 5" loaf pan (or two 7 x 3"). Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes, Turn out and cool right side up.
