Ingredients:
mozzarella balls
cherry tomatoes
balsamic vinegar
fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Buy a tub of mozzarella balls at the store (the round shape is important!). Also get cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and fresh basil. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds. The mozzarella cheese is then plopped inside the cherry tomato, garnished with a sliver of basil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. I make these when I try to trick myself into eating tomatoes. They’re also fantastic for an impromptu party snack if you need something fancy and budget-friendly.
