Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups rolled or quick oats
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup raw sugar (use brown sugar if you don’t have this)
Add-ins! *See note below

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and the sugar.
Measure the oats into a larger bowl, pour the butter/sugar mixture over the oats. Stir in any add-ins that need to be cooked.
Bake the homemade granola recipe at 350º for 15 minutes, stir around, bake for another 15. Watch carefully.
When you are done you can add in any add-ins that didn’t need to be baked and store in a jar. This batch makes about a quart jar’s worth of granola, more if you add in extras.
The result is like the oat version of kettle corn, so yummy! We like to eat it on top of yogurt for breakfast. This is a good basic starter recipe too to be able to add into other recipes if you want something quick and easy that you don’t have to add a lot of extras to.

Add-In Ideas
Chocolate Chips - Peanut Butter - Dried Fruit - Seeds - Coconut - Cinnamon - Nuts - Vanilla
