1 package (about 2 1/3 cups) SNACK CAKE MIX
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp ground ginger
3/4 cup hot water
1 egg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Pour package of snack cake mix into ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan. In a separate bowl combine molasses, egg, vegetable oil, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Beat with a fork to blend. Continue beating as you add hot water. Stir mixture into snack cake mix until blended. Blend at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
