Ingredients:  
3-4 cups cooked potatoes, diced and cold
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 heaping Tablespoons flour
dollop of butter
milk enough to cover potato/flour mixture
Directions:
Directions:
Dice cold potatoes into a saucepan.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add 3-4 heaping Tablespoons flour onto top of potatoes
Pour enough milk overtop to just cover potatoes
Stir together to incorporate flour into potatoes and milk.... (before starting to heat)
Cook on low-edium heat until mixture just starts to boil and thickens.
Add dollop of butter and serve hot

This dish goes well with meat loaf or most any meat dish Adjust salt and pepper to your liking.
