For Salad:

1 white radish or 6-7 round radish
1 carrot
1 apple
¼ beet
1 cucumber
1 tomato

For Garnish:

2-3 sprigs Coriander leaves
pomegranate seeds (optional)
½ lime
Salt
Powdered Cumin (optional)
mint leaves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate / chop / shave all the available salad veggies (carrot, radish, cucumber, beet, apple, tomato, lettuce).

Sprinkle some salt and cumin powder.

Squeeze half a lemon and mix well gently .

Top it off with some chopped fresh coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds, mint leaves.
