1 medium onion, chopped
1 T chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
10 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups CHICKEN MIX
2 or 3 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
1 bay leaf
1 8 ounce tomato sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups fresh or frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly spray large kettle or dutch oven with vegetable cooking spray. Add onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano and bay leaf. Saute until onion is cooked. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and bring to boil. Add chicken mix and corn. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Serve hot. Garnish with sour cream, cilantro and tortilla chips.
