1.5 lb. of boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
3 T bullion cubes
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 (12 oz bag riced cauliflower
2 c. uncooked brown rice
2 1/2 c water
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the ingredients except cheese in the pot stir well.
Place lid on the instant pot close and seal the valve
process at manual pressure for 22 mintutes.
Allow to natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release
add cheese and stir into mixture.

if you do not have an instant pot, put ingredients in a 9x13 pan covering with foil bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes or until done.
