2/3 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cocoa (Hershey's)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix gently and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with baking spray
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
