-3 lemons, juice and zest
-Cool Whip Topping (medium size container)
-1 8oz can of sweetened condensed milk
-1 pre made graham cracker crust

1. Place juice and zest of 3 lemons in a bowl.
2. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until blended.
3. Fold in the cool whip. (You may not need the entire container...just taste it.)
4. Pour into crust and chill in the refrigerator. Tyler likes it frozen.

This takes about 20 minutes from start to finish to make, and then you have to chill it. I make 3-5 of these at a time and keep them in the freezer.

Moving to Oklahoma Jola needed to learn how to make pies! Since the kitchen is really Tyler's place, this was a great no-bake alternative that Jola is becoming famous for. Unfortunately, this isn't vegan Alka but hopefully you can find vegan alternatives.
