1½ lb veal cutlet
1½ c flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp oil
5 Tbsp butter
1½ c chicken broth
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 jar capers, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal for 1 minute on each side in oil and 2½ Tbsp butter. Remove veal. Add broth and cook 1 minute. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt, capers and remaining butter. Cook for 5 minutes. Add veal and continue to cook for 3 more minutes..
