1 lb small fresh okra pods
¼ c water
2 tsp butter, melted
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. fresh dill weed, chopped
vegetable cooking spray
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash okra and place in bowl. Mix water and next 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Drizzle over okra, tossing to coat. Add onions and dill; toss well. Spoon into a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 450º for 30 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice; serve warm.
