1.5 can cherry pie filing
1 C sour cream
3 C flour plus more for dusting
3 sticks butter
mix with hands
1 C sour cream
3/4 lb butter (softened)
3 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough on floured surface, cut into rectangular sections approx. 3x3, put 1.5 T or pie filling (or 2 cherries) on each square moisten edges with water, close and seal. Trim excess dough bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes

* optional brush with egg whites, sprinkle with sugar *** use any flavor pie filling *** be sure to seal each tart well to prevent leakage.
