Chicken. (I prefer drum sticks)
Crisco
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:

Wash chicken and cover in flower.
Melt crisco into frying pan. Medium heat.
Place chicken in frying pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Fry on one side until golden brown then turn.

**make sure chicken is fully cooked before consuming. **
