Green bell peppers
4 to 5 lb. hamburger
1 diced onion
crackers
3 eggs
1 lg can of tomato sauce
salt
pepper
garlic powder
celery seed
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers and cut off the top, or if large peppers you can cut in half. Take out the seeds and take off the stems.
In a large bowl mix Hamburg, diced onion, broken up crackers. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, celery seed, oregano and 3 eggs. Mix well.
Fill peppers and et in roaster, (If you have any Hamburg mixture left over, just make meat balls and set in among the peppers.) Pour 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can of water into the roaster.
Put in oven and bake until well done.
About 2 or 2 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
