2 Sticks of Butter
4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 Cups Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Small Package Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:

Stir butter and sugar together. Stir in eggs, one at a time. In a bowl. Stir in sour cream and mix. Sift flour and baking powder, set aside. Blend in pudding mix. Add flour mixture alternating with milk. Stir in vanilla. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans. Cook about 25-30 minutes, or until done. Cook on 350 degrees. Cook down when done and flip over and frost cakes.

If Sugar Free Sugar was used, cook at 325 degrees.
