Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cranberry, raspberry or other berry juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup berries, any kind

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the berry juice in a saucepan and add gelatin. Warm on the stove on low heat. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Pour into blender and add yogurt and berries. Blend for about 2 minutes.

Use plastic popsicle molds OR pour the mixture into small 3 ounce paper cups and cover the top of the cup with foil. Poke a wooden stick in the middle of each paper cup so the stick stays in place. Put the cups on a cookie sheet and freeze a few hours. When you take the popsicles out of the freezer, peel the paper and foil away and enjoy your berry pops.
