1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart orange sherbet

Directions:
Directions:
Soften orange sherbet by beating until just workable. Line the inside of a chilled Jello mold with the orange sherbet. Place mold into freezer, Soften vanilla ice cream by beating until just workable. Take the mold out of the freezer and scoop softened ice cream into the middle. Return to freezer and freeze several hours or until frozen solid. To remove, place mold briefly into bowl of warm water. Do not allow water to seep into inside of mold. Invert mold onto chilled serving plate. Return to freezer until ready to serve. Garnish with mint leaves. Cut with a warm knife.
