Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda

Cream filling:
Blend together 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 8 ounce Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Glaze:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 T cornstarch
1 cup orange juice

Toppings:
2 bananas sliced
2 kiwi peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Press dough in a 14/16 inch pizza pan or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool.

Glaze: Combine juices and cornstarch. Cook and stir until thickened. Reserve 1/2 cup. Spread remaining warm glaze over filling.

Toppings: Arrange fruit over glaze and brush reserved glaze over fruit. Chill until ready to serve. NOTE: if making a day ahead, substitute another seasonal fruit for bananas or add right before serving.
