1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup brown sugar
oil to fry
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine eggs, milk, and brown sugar. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture, beat till smooth.

Heat oil to 370 degrees in electric skillet. Ladle batter in funnel (hold bottom so batter doesn't pour out.) Let mixture drizzle in pan using spiral motion. Fry 2 minuets on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar.
